In 2005, Zhoushan "Yinhao brand" bamboo shrimp passed the mark protection assessment of the country of origin, and in 2006 it won the title of "Zhejiang famous brand product". The products are well-known at home and abroad, exported to Japan, South Korea and other countries for a long time, and favored by overseas customers. In 2009, a total of 1000 tons of wild bamboo shrimp products were exported to the above countries. From April to May every year, the bamboo shrimp migrates and lays eggs, and enters the fishing period in mid-August. October is the best time for sea fishing, and it gradually decreases in November. The delicious and nutritious catch of bamboo shrimp can be extended to February of the following year.
