Therefore, the production season in proper fruit is around the seventh day of the seventh lunar month every year. Raw material formula: 50 kg standard flour, 6 kg indica rice flour, 1 kg black sesame, 15 kg brown sugar and 24 kg vegetable oil. Making method: 1. Kneading: First, add sugar, black sesame and a proper amount of water into the dough mixer and mix well, then add standard flour to make dough. 2. Blanking: roll the dough into thin slices with a roller, fold it, cut it into prismatic pieces, and scratch it in the middle of the blank with a knife to facilitate bending and deformation during frying. 3. Frying: Pay attention to the temperature of the oil when frying. It should not be too high to prevent frying. Generally, it should be controlled at 160 ~ 180℃. Do not stir the green body when it is just poured into the pot. After it floats, stir it slowly. When it is fried to golden brown, take it out and cool it. Quality standard: shape: prismatic small pieces with uniform thickness. Color: the surface is golden yellow, oily and free of raw powder. Taste: crispy and sesame-scented.
