Yellow mushroom

Yuanmo, also known as "yellow mushroom" or "Pleurotus ostreatus", is one of the famous wild edible fungi in Northeast China. The shape of the mushroom is like a fan, with a diameter of 7-15cm. Its color changes greatly. When it was young, its surface was dark brown, and then it was dark gray or light grayish brown. When it grew up, it became yellowish brown, and its flesh was thick and white. The stipe is extremely short and partial, with white hairs at the base.
