Persimmon, the scientific name is blueberry, Vaccinium uliginosuml, and Vaccinium uliginosuml. It is a wild deciduous shrub belonging to Vaccinium of Ericaceae. When the berries are ripe, they are blue-purple, spherical or oval, and the peel is frosty. It is a specialty of Daxing 'anling (most of which is in Inner Mongolia) and Xiaoxing 'anling in Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Tested by the National Center for Reference Materials, blueberry juice contains 19 kinds of amino acids, including 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for human body, and the proportion is appropriate. In addition, vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc were also detected in fruit juice, especially selenium, an anticancer element. In particular, the contents of vitamins A, B and C are particularly high, with about 0.27g of protein, 6g of carbohydrates (mostly glucose and fructose), 2.3g of organic acids such as citric acid and malic acid, 0.25mg of carotene and 53mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fresh fruit. At the same time, its nutrients are easily absorbed by human body, and its bioavailability is extremely high. It is edible and can also be used for brewing wine.
