Jiansanjiang rice grains are crystal clear, with good gloss, moderate grain size, palatable fragrance, lasting fragrance, luster and good taste, and the rice will not return to life after cold. The geographical indication products of Jiansanjiang rice are protected by 15 state-owned farms, including Qixing Farm, 859 Farm, Chuangye Farm, Hongwei Farm, Shengli Farm, Qianfeng Farm, Qindeli Farm, Erdaohe Farm, Honghe Farm, Daxing Farm, Yaluhe Farm, Nongjiang Farm, Outpost Farm, Qianjin Farm and Qinglong Mountain Farm. Sanjiang rice is a geographical indication protection product.
