Jinshantun mushroom

Lentinus edodes is the fruiting body of the fungus Lentinus edodes, which belongs to the family Agaricus of Basidiomycetes and is one of the famous edible fungi in the world. It contains a unique flavor substance-Lentinus edodes essence, which forms a unique mushroom fragrance, so it is called "Lentinus edodes".
