Hulin black bee honey is a specialty of Hulin City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. Hulin City is the hometown of black bees in Northeast China and one of the main honey producing areas. Black bee in Northeast China is one of the four famous bee species in the world. The honey produced by this bee is of high quality. Northeast Black Bee National Nature Reserve is the only national bee species reserve in China and even in Asia. Since 1996, it has been certified as organic food by the EU ECOERT Organic Food Organization, and it is one of the main high-quality bee products in China. Organic linden honey, the most respected product of honey, is made by collecting the anthers of Tilia amurensis in the primeval forest in the nature reserve by black bees in Northeast China. Northeast Black Bee Nature Reserve is rich in Tilia resources and has the reputation of "the hometown of Tilia flowers" in China. Tilia amurensis is tall and solid, and its crown is vigorous. In the virgin forest of northern China, Tilia amurensis is a king: its flowers are small and dense, and it blooms in July, and its crown is full of stars, and its honey is crystal clear and full, and its fragrance is full of wild flowers, which leads to swarms of bees flying. Linden honey contains more glucose.
