Heilongjiang salmon is produced in Wusuli River, Heilongjiang, China. Salmon, also known as "salmon", belongs to the family Salmonidae. Salmon is an anadromous fish. Its habit is very strange. Every spring, as soon as the young fish hatch, they enter the sea from Heilongjiang and Wusuli rivers and feed and grow. Due to long-distance and arduous back-swimming, long-term lack of food and physical exertion during reproduction, the parent salmon died shortly after spawning. According to the special habits of salmon, September and October are generally the peak season for catching salmon. Salmon meat is delicious and rich in phosphate, calcium and vitamins A and D. After processing, it is the "red fish roe" in seafood.
