Fried rice with squid

Ingredients: 400g squid, 300g parsley, 200g carrot, 120 croissants, 3 bowls of cold rice, 3 tablespoons salad oil, 1 tsp hot sauce (Korean hot sauce is better), 1 tsp seafood sauce (sand tea sauce is also acceptable), 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cooking wine and 1 tsp sugar.
