Xu Shi sauce

Xu Shi sauce is a traditional specialty in Northeast China, which is produced by Dongyang pickles factory in Shuangcheng, Heilongjiang. The origin of Xu Shi sauce: As early as the early years of Qing Dynasty, hardworking and intelligent Manchu invented soybean handmade sauce, and its products became a feast delicacy for dignitaries. For 300 years, this craft has been circulated among Manchu people. Xu Shi family has inherited and developed the mysterious manual sauce-making technology of Manchu from generation to generation, which makes the products with strict ingredients, fine workmanship, unique style and delicious aroma.
