Acheng rice

Ashe River Township, Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province is located on the Ashe River, 23 kilometers southeast of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The mountains in the east are undulating and the plains in the west are magnanimous. The city covers an area of 2,900 square kilometers, with 8 townships, 11 towns and 4 sub-district offices, with a total population of 660,000, including 220,000 urban residents. In 1999, the gross domestic product was 3.78 billion yuan, and the full-scale fiscal revenue was 3. 6.2 billion yuan. Acheng is famous for its abundant water resources, fertile soil and abundant rice. In 1996, the Rural Development Research Department of the State Council Development Research Center and the Special Products Committee of China Agricultural Association named it "the hometown of rice in China". The rice production in Ashe Township, the main rice producing area, adopted pollution-free cultivation techniques, and was named "pollution-free agricultural product base" by Harbin in 1999. The special product, advanced wash-free rice, is a green food which is refined by using excellent rice varieties and produced by using pollution-free cultivation techniques, and has full grains. The registered "Ashe River brand" advanced wash-free rice is exported to Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, which has initially formed a brand effect, with great development potential and broad market prospects. Acheng rice is a geographical indication product of agricultural products.
