Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province is known as "the hometown of rice" and "the kingdom of rice", with natural pollution-free pure water source, pure water quality, abundant water source, moderate temperature and wide water area. Tonghe paddy field covers an area of 1.3 million mu, accounting for 70% of the total cultivated land. It is one of the top rice producing counties in China. At present, 1.3 million mu of rice in Tonghe County has achieved full coverage of green and pollution-free planting and high-quality rice, attracting large rice processing enterprises.
