It is rich in vitamins needed by human body, and also rich in trace elements beneficial to human body, such as iodine, selenium, iron, calcium, zinc, etc., containing more than 8 mg of calcium and 1.5 mg of zinc per 100 grams. Four pesticide residue indexes of Bayan corn were not detected according to pollution-free agricultural products, which indicated that Bayan corn was safe.
