Lin Qiu Bread is actually a typical Russian Bread, commonly known as "Da Lieba", which is almost bigger than the steamer used at home now. Because only Harbin in China has authentic traditional pastry chefs and facilities for baking Russian bread, it has become a local specialty food. There is generally only one bread stove in each village in rural Russia. Families go to this bread stove to bake a batch of bread regularly, and usually only eat the stored bread at home. Therefore, the bread is made very large, and a piece is cut when eating. Because of its long history, the traditional technology of making bread has been developed. Big bread is more fragrant than small bread, suitable for storage and has another flavor.
