Because of its unique skills and attractive cakes, it was favored by Wu Junsheng (Wu Lickitung), the governor at that time. Also, because Mr. Yang Lao suffered from smallpox and his face was slightly numb, it was called Yang Mazi pie. Qing Yang, the second-generation successor, got his true story, and his business became more prosperous, and he was famous in the prairie and fragrant in the three northeastern provinces. Yang Fugui, a third-generation successor, inherited his ancestral business, learned from others' strengths and brought forth new ideas, forming more than ten series of products, such as Poppy Cake, Poppy Cake and Poppy Braised Cake, which have been in business for a long time. Since its inception, Poplar Pockmarked Cake has gone through many vicissitudes and is unique. Since it was registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 1986, it has won many awards such as National Gold Award, Famous Chinese Food, Traditional Famous Food and Popular Flavor Snacks.
