Vasong obtusifolia

A biennial succulent herb of Pinus obtusifolia. In the first year, only rosette leaves were born, with oblong to oval leaves and blunt tips. In the second year, flower stems were drawn out, with a height of l0-30cm. Stem and leaf alternate, close, sessile, spoon-shaped, oblong-lanceolate or elliptic, larger than rosette leaves, 7cm long, with purple spots on both sides. Inflorescence racemose, cylindrical, 5-20cm long, with dense flowers, 5 petals, white or light green, pale yellow after drying, 10 stamens, yellow anthers, 5 carpels, and ovoid fruit. It is distributed in Northeast China, North China, Inner Mongolia, Mongolia, the Soviet Union (Far East, East Siberia), Korea and Japan.
