Schisandra Ji 'an

In July, 2008, AGI, Ministry of Agriculture of People's Republic of China (PRC), published and approved the technical specification for quality control of geographical indications of Schisandra chinensis agricultural products in Ji 'an. This is the third technical specification for quality control of geographical indications of agricultural products obtained by Ji 'an City, Jilin Province, after Gong Mi of Xinkai River in Ji 'an and Panax japonicus in Ji 'an. Schisandra Ji 'an, the latest geographical indication of agricultural products, is the best in the famous and excellent planting industry in the city at present. Compared with Schisandra from other regions, it has obvious characteristics such as fast growth, strong disease resistance, large grain, thick fruit, oily, good luster and no variegated color. It is rich in volatile oil, fat, citric acid, ascorbic acid and malic acid, and contains vitamins B1, B2, pp, C, carotene, fructose, protein, 17 kinds of amino acids, trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus and iron, which are beneficial to human body. It is the top grade of Schisandra chinensis. The geographical indications of Schisandra chinensis agricultural products in Ji 'an include Lingnan area in Ji 'an City, Jilin Province, Qingshi Town, Tai Wang Zhen, Maxian Township and Yulin Town along the Yalu River. Geographical location is 125 51'-126 33' east longitude and 40 53'-41 32' north latitude. The total production area is 1000 hectares and the annual output is 3000 tons. The specific geographical scope is: the second team of Qingshi Village in Qingshi Town in the east, the Yalu River in Digou Village in Yulin Town in the south, the junction of Yingshui Donggang in Yulin Town in the west, and the dam of Qingshi Village in Qingshi Town in the north. Schisandra chinensis in Ji 'an obtained the national technical specification for quality control of geographical indications of agricultural products, which provided technical support for the base construction of Schisandra chinensis in Ji 'an and provided an important basis for preventing and cracking down on counterfeiting and infringement in the future.
