Morchella is also called Morchella esculenta, Morchella esculenta, and Morchella crocea. Fungi belong to discomycetes, Morchelidae and Morchella. Morchella consists of a tripe-shaped cap of a pregnant cephalic body and an infertile stalk. There is a seed layer with reticular ribs on the surface of the cap, and the edge is connected with the stalk. The stipe is cylindrical and hollow, and the surface is smooth or grooved.
