Ingredients: 1,500g shredded cabbage, shredded onion, 1 carrot, 1 apple, 240cc yogurt, 60cc mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons Liu Ding juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1/4 tablespoon Jiang Mo, 1/2 tsp mustard sauce. Operation: 1. Shred carrots, peel and core apples, and then shred for later use. 2. Mix shredded cabbage, shredded onion, shredded carrot and shredded apple in a large bowl. 3. Put yogurt, mayonnaise, Liu Ding juice, Chinese gooseberry, white vinegar, Jiang Mo and mustard sauce into a bowl and mix well. 4. Mix the sauce of the method 3 with the shredded vegetables of the method 2 evenly, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and then take it out and eat it.
