Fuyuan Pavilion, which was founded in the early days, is a small tea shop that mainly sells tea, also runs camellia oleifera and Jiangmo noodles. It has a single variety of products and a small facade, with only a workshop and warehouse of more than 200 square meters. Because of the location of the old shipyard's flood and drought wharf, we recruited guests with fragrant tea, invited guests with delicious food, and the business grew, so we started to establish the brand name Port Source Pavilion. Later, in 1850 (thirty years of Qing Daoguang), a businessman named Wu, known as "Junliuda", came to the store from other places, invested and expanded, hired famous teachers, made various cakes and sold them on his own. Run more than 20 varieties of fruits, sausages, ham, salted duck and barbecued pork. With the development of business, the profit is increasing gradually. In order to make the financial resources continue, we took "Fu Sanyuan" as the foundation stone of the treasure number and changed the "Port Source Pavilion" to "Fu Source Pavilion". In the later period of the Puppet Manchuria, the store was in a state of suspension of production and business. Until the liberation of Jilin City in 1948, with the construction of new China, the production and operation of Fuyuan Pavilion gradually resumed. Today, Fuyuan Pavilion has developed from a small workshop and a small store into a food enterprise with Chinese and western pastry processing, frozen food processing, cooked food processing, beverage processing and wholesale and retail. In 1994, it was named "China Time-honored Brand" by China Ministry of Trade.
