Yushu rice

Yushu city, the "No.1 granary in the world", is an important producing area of japonica rice in Northeast China, and its high-quality rice is well known. Specific qualities: 1. Sensory characteristics: white color, transparent and moist. Rice is soft but not sticky, cold rice does not return to life, and rice has a clear fragrance. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: chalkiness grain rate ≤30%, chalkiness ≤3.0%, amylose content ≥ 20%, gel consistency ≥60mm, alkali hydrolysis value ≥5.0, protein content ≥7.0%. 3. Safety requirements: The product safety indicators must meet the relevant national regulations for similar products. Regional scope: Songhua River, Lalin River and Kacha River are three major irrigation areas with 44 30 ′ 57 ″-45 15 ′ 02 ″ north latitude and 126 01 ′ 44 ″-127 05 ′ 09 ″ east longitude. There are 94 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of 12 townships (towns) including Sihe, Qingshan, Dapo, Hongxing, Chengfa, Daling, Huancheng, Baoshou, Xinli, Wushu, Xiushui and Heilin. Yushu rice is a geographical indication certification trademark.
