Jianchang Xiaomi

Jianchang County, Liaoning Province is famous for its abundant millet. As early as the reign of Cixi, it was named Gong Mi by the royal family because of its yellow color, large pulp, rich vitamins, various minerals, protein and many health care functions. The reason for this is that the terrain in this area is high, the sunshine time is long, the maturity of millet is good, and the nutrition is rich. In addition, the original farming methods and processing methods are adopted, and all farmyard manure is applied. Some farmers grind sesame seeds and sit on the bottom manure, making them pure green and pollution-free products. The products were identified as "pollution-free agricultural products" after inspection and acceptance by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and issued certificates. In 2006, the Center for Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products of the Ministry of Agriculture awarded the "Pollution-free Quality Product Certificate" to Yaolugou Miscellaneous Grains Production Cooperative. Jianchang Xiaomi is a geographical indication certification trademark.
