Jellyfish

Jellyfish is a specialty of Huludao Port. Fishing in August every year, the pressed jellyfish skin is thin and wide, which is one of the best raw materials for mixing cold dishes. Several fishing grounds and fishing teams in the area are pressed into jellyfish skins and jellyfish heads of about 600,000 Jin each year, and about 400,000 Jin are exported to the country in exchange for a certain amount of foreign exchange.
