Gao Qiao dishes

Gao Qiao Vegetable Factory in Lianshan District is located in the center of Gao Qiao Town, 7 kilometers away from Jinzhou Port and 1 kilometer away from the exit of Beijing-Shenyang Expressway. The factory was built in Guangxu period in the late Qing Dynasty, with a history of 100 years. It is famous for Jinzhou dishes. It is the birthplace of pickled vegetables and a good gift to the palace in the early years. Over the past century, the factory has inherited the ancestral process of making side dishes, refined by scientific formula. It produces and processes more than 100 varieties of pickles, shrimp, rape and sauce series, with a processing capacity of 7,000 tons, an annual output value of 6.5 million yuan, and profits and taxes of nearly one million yuan. It is the largest pickle distribution center in Northeast China. A number of brands such as "Jingang brand" seafood dishes have won many provincial and ministerial quality awards and silver awards in international fairs. In 2007, they were awarded the R&D and production base of traditional pickled vegetables in China by China Food Association, and many products have entered the international and domestic markets. Gao Qiao Dishes is a geographical indication certification trademark.
