Lingyuan jujube

Lingyuan city jujube covers an area of 30,000 mu, with an annual output of 6 million kilograms of fresh jujube. Lingyuan jujube has a long history of cultivation and is widely distributed in nature. There are more than 1,000 jujube trees in Wulanbai Town, the largest of which is over 380 years old. Lingyuan jujube is mainly distributed in Wulanbai, Siguanyingzi, Niuyingzi, Sihedang and other towns. The main cultivated variety Dapingding is a famous dry and fresh variety in China. Jujube fruit is rich in nutrition, including 6 kinds of sugars, various organic acids, protein, 14 kinds of amino acids, vitamins and 36 kinds of inorganic elements. Lingyuan jujube can be directly supplemented by fresh and dry food, and can also be further processed to produce preserved jujube, canned jujube and other products.
