Beipiao red dried pepper

The dried red peppers produced in beipiao city only include two series of peppers, big pepper and small pepper, which are planted in the open field, and do not include all kinds of peppers planted in protected areas. Our city was rated as one of the top ten pepper counties in China by the state because since 1996, our city has planted more than 100,000 mu of dried red pepper every year, with high yield and good quality-the content of red pigment in big pepper is high, and the content of capsaicin in small pepper is high. There are 252 administrative villages in 29 townships including Changgao Township, Changheying Township, Xiaotazi Township and Mayouying Township in beipiao city.
