Soft core apricot

Soft-core apricot is a rare apricot species unique to Liaoning, which enjoys a good reputation in China. Only more than 40 plants have been found in Lingyuan County, the origin of which is 40 years old. Soft-core apricot fruit is excellent, with beautiful appearance. Its fruit is oval and neat, with an average single fruit weight of 31.7 grams and a maximum fruit weight of 42 grams. The fruit surface is yellow and white, and the sunny side is orange-red. The peel is thin and easy to peel, the pulp is yellow and white, with little fiber, more juice, slight fragrance and sweet taste. Soft-core apricot fruit is excellent, thin and soft, and both pulp and kernel are edible.
