Liangzhongqiao dried tofu is famous far and wide, with a history of more than 100 years from the 14th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1888) to now. Liangzhongqiao dried tofu is famous for its pure bean quality, pleasant smell, bright color, thin as paper and strong toughness. When spread on a book, you can see through words, and the weight of 10 kilograms is not bad. It is a good product on the table regardless of raw or cooked. There are more than 480 perennial processing points in the town, with more than 1,200 employees and 7,000 kilograms of dried tofu per day. In 1996, it was identified by Liaoning Testing Center of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources that the groundwater in Liangzhongqiao was a high-quality mineral water with low sodium metasilicate. This discovery revealed the mystery that the dried tofu in Liangzhongqiao was pure in color, dry, thin, soft and tough, and it was unique in survey.
