The mineral reserves are the first of all nonferrous metal mines in the city, and there are two ore belts, the southern belt is the Abanyu-Lanhualing lead-zinc ore belt, and the northern belt is the Xiangshuigou-Liangjia lead-copper ore belt. There are 8 ore occurrences in Zhonghuayan Temple, Tangjiadonggou and Qijiapuzi, and 6 mineralization occurrences in Nianpangou and Tongkuanggou, all of which are small in scale and have no industrial mining significance. Magou, Lijiapuzi and Zhaijiagou in Lanhualing are small lead-zinc deposits, while Wangjiapuzi, Hekan, Mozigou, Laozhuanggou and Haozigou in Lanhualing are all ore occurrences, and there is one mineralization point in Wanggou. Lead-zinc mines are mostly Republican mines containing several metals, and the ore minerals are mainly galena, sphalerite and pyrite, accompanied by metals such as silver, indium, cadmium, copper, gold and gallium.
