"Boluopu Millet": It is made from selected millet from Huashan (Huaershan) in Boluopu Town, dashiqiao city, Liaoning Province. Its rice grain is big, yellow and fragrant. "Boluopu Xiaomi" has a long history. There were two records in the original Gaiping County Chronicle, among which, it was written in "Various Articles of the Chronicle of Products": "That is, the millet that has not been ground in the dialect, which is called millet by Qunfang Spectrum, is an important grain of the city, especially produced near Huaer Mountain in the north of the city, and it was a tribute to the world in the previous Qing Dynasty." Hua 'er Mountain in the former Qing Dynasty, that is, Huashan Mountain in Boluopu Town, dashiqiao city, is very suitable for millet growth because of the "microclimate" of Huashan Mountain. The processed millet is rich in amino acids, B1, B2 and other vitamins, and has high nutritional content. According to the detection and analysis of China Academy of Sciences, millet contains 12.3% protein, 5.26% fat, 74.95% crude starch and 0.26% lysine, and is rich in vitamins and trace elements. It is the latest pollution-free food in the market with rich nutrition and excellent quality. The origin of Boluopu millet is Boluopu Town, Yong 'an Town and Tangchi Town, dashiqiao city, Liaoning Province, which are the administrative areas under the jurisdiction of three towns. 1. Millet varieties planted in suitable producing areas such as Donggu No.1, Donggu No.3 and 132 Jin Gu. Second, the site conditions are within the range of 0 to 200m above sea level, mainly brown soil, and the parent material of the soil is mostly acid rock weathering. The content of soil organic matter is ≥ 0.8%, and the pH value is 6.8 to 7.5. Third, cultivation management 1. Sowing and management: avoid continuous cropping and reasonable rotation. Sow in early May to mid-May, with no more than 450,000 seedlings per hectare, and intertillage and weeding for more than three times during the growth period. 2. Fertilization: Apply more than 2500kg of decomposed organic fertilizer every 667㎡ (mu) every year. 3. Environmental and safety requirements: The use of pesticides and fertilizers must comply with the relevant national regulations and must not pollute the environment. Fourth, harvest when the husk becomes the inherent color of the variety and the grain becomes hard, harvest it in time. 5. Processing millet → screening → stone removal → magnetic separation → rice milling → selection → inspection → packaging. 6. Quality characteristics 1. Sensory characteristics: large and full grains, light yellow or dark yellow color, fragrant and slightly sweet cooking smell. 2. Physical and chemical indexes: dietary fiber ≥ 7%, protein ≥ 9.7%, calcium ≥105mg/kg, zinc ≥23mg/kg. 3.
