Raw materials for selling glutinous rice: stuffing materials: 150g of round glutinous rice, 100g of pork stuffing, 10g of dried shrimps, 1 tablespoon of red onion crisp; skin materials: 150g of medium-gluten flour, 75g of boiling water, 15g of cold water; accessories: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 tsp of sugar, 1 tablespoon of water; practices: ① skin: medium-gluten flour, add boiling water and mix well, then add cold water to knead into dough (1). Divide into small doses of 6 grams and roll them into small round skins (Figure 3). (3) Make the stuffing of the leather bag into a sizzling shape (Figure 4), put it in a steamer covered with wet cloth, boil the water in the steamer, and put it on the steamer to steam for 8 minutes. Tips: Shao Shao can only be put on a wet cloth when it is steamed, otherwise the bottom will break when it is wet. You can also put carrot slices on the bottom.
