Jinhua red-cooked chicken

Jinhua roast chicken was named "Liaoning famous brand" by Liaoning provincial government. It's made from the laying hens that have been used for one and a half years in the United States, supplemented by more than 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, and processed by soaking, boiling, smoking and baking. The finished product is enlightened and full, the surface is dark brown and golden yellow, the chest cavity is clean and free of impurities, the taste is fragrant and not greasy, salty and palatable, and the flavor is unique. Goubangzi smoked chicken in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. It is said that the founder's name is Liu Shizhong, and Guangxu moved to Goubangzi Street, Beizhen County, Liaoning Province in the twenty-five years from his native Anhui, which is now the Goubangzi Town.
