Baijia pancake

Pan-flipping is a local flavor of Jinzhou, which was founded in 1945. Because Bai Rongshu is the main operating technique, it was named Baijia Pan-flipping. Baijia pancake is characterized by golden background, tiger's hoof shape, fresh and mellow taste, crisp chewing, fresh perfume, fragrant but not greasy.
