Chinese bee

Apis cerana cerana is one of the top ten excellent local species resources in Liaoning Province, which has been included in the national key conservation project. In recent years, the sales volume of its honey has increased by about 35%, especially Japanese and Korean customers have come to Dandong to buy Chinese honey, and the price has been rising year by year, and Chinese honey has been in short supply. There are 20,000 bee colonies in Kuandian County, accounting for one tenth of the whole country and half of the whole province. It is an important producing area of Chinese bees in this province.
