Then the cucumber was cut into strips with a width of 1 cm and a length of 3 to 4 cm, soaked in water to make it absorb water and swell, and then the water was squeezed out, leaving only a faint salty taste, that is, it was put into a man's jar and added with various seasonings. After soaking, the seasonings were saturated into the inside of the melon. After being taken out of the tank, the cooked sesame seeds are mixed in to obtain the finished product.
