Pteridium aquilinum

The buds and young leaves of wild ferns are collectively called Pteridium aquilinum, and Pteridium aquilinum is one of its major varieties, also known as leading vegetables. The mountain bracken produced in Liaoning is mostly wild, and it is produced in the mountainous areas of the whole province, with the output in Liaodong and southern Liaoning being the majority. Pteridium aquilinum contains protein, minerals, carotene and ascorbic acid, and has a special fragrance.
