Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County of Liaoning Province has defined the edible fungus industry as the development direction of "one county and one industry", formulated a five-year plan for the development of edible fungus industry, established a three-level development and management institution for edible fungus industry in counties and villages, and focused on the layout of edible fungus industry in "four districts and one belt", the eastern edible fungus planting demonstration area centered on Hongmiaozi Township, the southern edible fungus planting promotion area centered on Weiziyu Town, and the western key area for grass rot fungus planting centered on Muqi Town. The edible fungus processing zone centered on Xinbin Town Health Food Park and the edible fungus industrial belt on the southeast highway centered on Jiahe Town and Yongling Town have formed the strategic map of the edible fungus industry in the county, and the demonstration area has accelerated the promotion of the edible fungus industry in the county, and the mushroom industrial base in the northeast has taken shape. In order to support the development of mushroom industry, the county party committee and government have formulated a set of preferential policies. At the same time, technical instructors are selected from farmers with many years of practical experience, face-to-face guidance is provided to mushroom farmers all day, and technical training is carried out in key production periods, and more than 5,000 mushroom farmers are trained every year. Long-term cooperation with scientific research institutions, introducing new varieties and technologies, and conducting experiments and demonstrations. In order to promote the pulling effect of edible fungi industry on county economy, Xinbin strengthened the construction of market and broker team, and vigorously developed leading enterprises in edible fungi processing. Hongsheng Mushroom Market has introduced more than 200 business households from Shanghai and other places, and the annual turnover of dried and fresh mushrooms alone reaches 120 million yuan. More than 500 mushroom brokers in the county allow mushroom farmers to sell mushrooms at home and abroad without leaving home. The expansion of sales and processing scale has promoted the virtuous circle of edible fungi industry, and 10 standardized production communities have been built in the county. In Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, more than 20,000 farmers have increased their income by growing mushrooms. Fourteen of the 15 townships in the county are engaged in the production of edible mushrooms. The mushroom planting area in the county alone has reached more than 10,000 mu, with an annual output of 50,000 tons.
