Wave-leaf cake Wave-leaf cake is a popular traditional seasonal food for Manchu residents in Fushun area. In April and May, when the mountains are green and the water is green, fresh and tender water celery is picked, fried with boiling water and chopped, mixed with bean leaves and flour heads as stuffing, and then steamed with tender oak (oak with big leaves) on the surface of sorghum rice.
