Fushun specialty mushroom

Fushun has the climate characteristics of northern temperate mountainous area, with distinct seasons, large temperature difference between day and night and humid air, which is very suitable for producing mushrooms. Fushun area has been engaged in the production of fragrant shavings for more than 30 years, and has experienced the development process of wood mushroom, block mushroom, bagged mushroom, shed (room) mushroom, and ground mushroom. At present, the production capacity of fresh shiitake mushrooms is stable at more than 50,000 tons, and a number of series of processing production lines such as drying, preservation and snacks have been formed, making it the first city of shiitake mushrooms production in Northeast China.
