Haicheng pie

In 1906, Ma Dechang, a Hui nationality in Haicheng County, and Mao Xianglun, a Han nationality, respectively operated pies in Huoshenmiao Street in the county. Ma Dechang manages beef stuffing and noodle pies; Mao Delun deals in mixed noodle pies with pig, beef and mandarin duck stuffing. These two kinds of pies are strict in material selection, exquisite in ingredients, and made of fine flour. Pork chooses front and rear slots, beef chooses Sanquan, Yaowo and Zigai. Make stuffing with seasonal fresh lai. Haicheng pie is crispy and delicious, and it tastes fresh and fragrant, which is very popular among people.
