Jianba pear

Sharp-handled pear is a special product in Xiuyan mountain area, with an average fruit weight of 125g, which is more than twice that of ordinary sharp-handled pear. The fruit is nearly gourd-shaped, with a yellow face, a slender neck and rust on the shoulders. It is yellow-green when harvested and turns yellow after storage for one month. The flesh is white, delicate, with strong sour and sweet taste, rich aroma after ripening, thin peel and high edible rate. It can be eaten fresh and made into frozen pears, especially frozen pears, which are one of the most cold-resistant varieties in cultivated pears. After years of research and development, the county has formed a certain production scale, accumulated rich production experience, good fruit quality and obvious production and market advantages, and has become a "green bank" for farmers in Xiuyan mountainous area.
