Longfengtai duck eggs

Duck eggs in Longfengtai entered Longfengtai in Fujia Town of the Imperial Palace, facing Liuhe in the west, and accumulated water all the year round. In history, it was rich in fish and ducks, especially duck eggs. Duck eggs with green skin and a large yolk are reddish, rich in nutrition and delicious, and are well-known both inside and outside the province. In the Qing Dynasty, a large number of duck eggs here went to Beijing for the emperor to eat, and later the emperor named it "Dragon and Phoenix Terrace".
