Gao Xiaoshan's pie is well known. Born in 1911, Gao Xiaoshan studied noodle art at the age of 16. At the age of 19, he boldly changed the traditional practice of pie, changing the original alum instant noodles into water, making the pie tender outside, thin skin and big stuffing, and the stuffing was not greasy, which was very popular. After liberation, he made pies to entertain leaders at all levels and foreign guests. A few years ago, Gao Xiaoshan's descendants have entered Anshan and other cities to attract customers and queue up to eat Gao Xiaoshan's pie.
