Delicious shredded mustard sauce

Hongqiao brand sauce mustard silk is a new product developed by Anshan No.1 condiment factory (now Anshan Weibang Group Co., Ltd.) in 1965. Sauced mustard shreds are made of salted mustard head as the main material, sesame seeds, soft sugar and Chili noodles as the auxiliary materials, and sweet noodle sauce as the wrist preparation, and are soaked for 15 days. This vegetable sauce is rich in aroma, spicy and soft, crisp and tender in texture, salty and sweet. Its contents of protein, sugar, vitamins and amino acids are higher than those of ordinary vegetables. Sauce mustard silk is vacuum packed with plastic composite film, which is beautiful, economical, convenient and hygienic. In 1986, it was rated as a quality product in Liaoning Province, and won the Food Cup Award of Liaoning Food Association. In 1987, it was awarded the title of quality product by the Ministry of Commerce.
