Dalian shrimp slices

Shrimp slices are traditional processed products in Dalian, Liaoning Province, and have been produced and processed for more than 50 years. Dalian shrimp slices are mainly made of high-quality corn starch in Northeast China and wild midge shrimp unique to the coastal waters of Lushun, Dalian. Compared with other similar products, Dalian shrimp slices have the characteristics of neat shape, high expansion rate, crisp taste and unique flavor, which have been favored by domestic and foreign consumers for many years. Lushunkou District, Dalian is the most concentrated area of shrimp slice production and processing in China, and all the export shrimp slice filing enterprises in Dalian are concentrated here. After nearly 30 years of development, Lushunkou District has become the largest export area for shrimp slices production and processing in China. At present, there are 7 enterprises that export shrimp slices for the record, with an annual production capacity of nearly 20,000 tons and an annual export volume of more than 8,000 tons, accounting for more than 80% of the total export of similar products in China. The products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions such as Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.
