Raspberry planting quickly formed an industry in the whole region, and established an industrial brand and produced a brand effect. In July 2010, the Shenyang Municipal People's Government hosted the first international raspberry festival, during which activities such as the international raspberry industry summit forum, the visit of raspberry industrial bases, the promotion of key projects and economic and trade negotiations, and the raspberry theme eco-tour were held. In July 2010, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine accepted the application for the protection of geographical indication products of Dongling red raspberry. A few days ago, the reporter learned from the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce that the registration of the geographical indication trademark of "Dongling Red Raspberry" has been officially approved, becoming the first geographical indication trademark in Shenyang and the 23rd geographical indication trademark in Liaoning Province, which will further highlight the brand effect of the red raspberry in Dongling District.
