According to the research of geological and archaeological experts, the original rock of the Gobi strange stone in Alashan was cooled by the magma ejected from the volcanic eruption about 8-100 million years ago. After long-term geological changes and natural effects such as sun and wind erosion, it formed a strange and colorful Gobi strange stone. Alashan stones are mostly immature agates, which have high ornamental value, economic value and collection value.
