Fertilizer and water management in the field: apply 3 tons of harmless farm manure per hectare, and apply it once in combination with soil preparation. Stop irrigation 20 days before harvesting. 5. Environmental and safety requirements: The use of pesticides and fertilizers must comply with the relevant provisions of the state and must not pollute the environment. Fourth, harvest in the first half of October, when the seeds become hard and mature, harvest them in time. 5. Processing millet → screening → stone removal → magnetic separation → rice milling → selection → inspection → packaging. Six, quality characteristics 1. Sensory characteristics: small and full, bright yellow color, fragrant smell, soft and smooth. 2. Physical and chemical indexes: moisture ≤13%, protein ≥8%, crude fat ≥2.8%, amylose 12.0% to 18.0%.
