Purple monkey leg

Hericium erinaceus is a pteridophyte, which mostly grows in shady and humid places in the valley. The collection period is the same as that of Pteridium aquilinum, and it is collected by hand. In 1976, the commercial department organized the acquisition and processing of 1.5 tons. Since then, the acquisition has been stopped. Before 1997, it was mainly collected by local residents and sold to restaurants. After 1997, some products were processed into vacuum fresh-keeping or salted cans for sale.
