Wusutu Township is located in the northeast of Chayouzhong Banner in Wumeng, Inner Mongolia. It is rich in groundwater resources and has a long history of planting carrots. This year, the planting area is 1,200 hectares, and the annual output is expected to reach 600,000 tons. The main varieties are "five-inch ginseng in summer", "five-inch ginseng in new Kuroda", "five-inch ginseng in Kaqi", "five-inch ginseng in Baoguan", "five-inch ginseng in spring" and "five-inch ginseng in Juyang", all of which are imported from Japan, with a growth period of 110 days and a radish length of 15-20 cm. Each test index is water content of 85.975%, iron content of 0.23 mg /100 g, carotene of 50.5 mg /100 kg, VB2 of 0.19 mg /100 g, VC of 36.8 g /100 g, and sugar content of 12%. Soil, water and atmosphere have been identified as AA-grade by the State Ministry of Agriculture, and they are pollution-free green foods. Carrots are listed at the end of August and early September. There is a vegetable market of 65,000 square meters in my hometown, with an acquisition site covering an area of 800 square meters, which is convenient for accommodation and can be purchased for multiple customers at the same time.
